Agenda Item was left off the Agenda at the most recent City
Council Mtg. Therefore it was not voted on.  The amounts are
far above any that have been presented to the residents in the
process of converting the former Hillcrest Well users to Surface
Water.  Note that: The project is now over $31 million and
Region 2/3 is over $11 million by itself.

Thank you for visiting us at Murky Water.  This Web Site is compiled
by various concerned Yuba City residents.  Our Goal is to assemble
and make available information affecting our city for all interested
residents and taxpayers.  The focus is mainly the south section of
Yuba City.  However, we do not separate ourselves from the entire
City since we have been annexed since 2000.  Our issues are also the
City's issues.  The information comes from various sources and is kept
current.  If you would like to communicate with our, concerned citizens,
there is a page titled "Comments and Questions." (navigation at left)
We will post comments and attempt to answer questions as well.

We now will be including information for the residents of Region 1 who have been offered to receive the surface water and the situation that the residents have in
Regions 2 / 3.  Welcome to our site and we will be putting news that affects your "offering" as it occurs.  We will be planning meetings ASAP so stay tuned and watch for daily announcements.
